Amber Adventure Return and Warranty Policy
Return Policy:
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
Please note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Amber Adventure is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Orders picked up in person from our warehouse are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Warranty:
Amber Adventure provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Important Notes:
- All decisions regarding repairs, replacements, or refunds are made solely at Amber Adventure’s discretion.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
